I ran my first 10Ks about 5 years ago. Then I decided I would try a half-marathon (Geneva, Switzerland in 2014) and since it went well, I’ve run 4 or 5 more half-marathons since then.
In 2015, I ran my first marathon in San Francisco (4h18′). It was really a tough race but… I did it!
What I love about running is that it’s a great way to stay in good shape and healthy. I sleep better than ever and I barely feel tired anymore. That’s why I keep running 3 times per week no matter what. I also run at least 5 races per year, usually a mix of 10Ks, half-marathons and marathons.
On top of that, I also ref soccer games almost every weekend, which is actually the reason why I started running regularly in the first place.
