Running

I ran my first 10Ks about 6 years ago. Then I decided I would try a half-marathon (Geneva, Switzerland in 2014) and since it went well, I’ve run 6 or 7 more half-marathons since then.

In 2015, I ran my first marathon in San Francisco (4h18′). It was really a tough race but… I did it! I ran my second marathon in December 2017, the California International Marathon in Sacramento, CA

What I love about running is that it’s a great way to stay in good shape and healthy. I sleep better than ever and I barely feel tired anymore.  That’s why I keep running 3 times per week no matter what. I also run at least 5 races per year, usually a mix of 10Ks, half-marathons and marathons.

On top of that, I’ve been a soccer referee for 19 year before I retired at the end of 2016.
